Because of The Florida Bar’s restrictions, tapes are available to full-time legal services attorneys and legal aid offices. Tapes are also available to part-time legal services/legal aid attorneys who are not engaged in private practice. Tapes are not available to pro-bono attorneys and other IOTA grantees.
