NITA offers a number of tuition free and reduced fee programs.

• Each year we offer a National Program for Public Service Attorneys on a tuition free basis.
  • Each year’s program is spanned from late July to early August.
  • Waiting lists can be long.
  • This program is offered on an annual basis.
  • Check with your Executive Director by March or April of each year for availability.
• In addition, NITA offers scholarships that range from a small percentage of the full tuition to a full ride scholarship for each of its public programs.
  • Aid is offered on a needs basis to the individual applying – not the organization.
  • NITA also offers an interest-free payment plan to attend public programs.
• NITA offers other public service programs of a more specialized nature.
  • Such events have included programs for those representing the interests of children in Colorado, Florida, New York, and Texas. These programs are offered at lower tuition rates.
